All Summerhouses/sheds/ buildings are handmade and can be manufactured to any size doors and windows or without can be placed where they are most convenient to you at (no extra cost) strong/ robust and are made to a high standard with you the customer in mind.
All of our sheds/ buildings come fully treated with a water-based anti-fungal anti-mold larch gold stain inside an out including floor and roof. *Retreat with an oil based preservative (Sadolin)* Glazed 4mm toughened safty. 24"x 18", 40 kg heavy duty felt .
All we ask is before delivery you have a solid level slab/concrete, decking base whole area to be covered no obstruction room to work clear access to your garden with 8ft height clearance, This is customers responsibility we are not able to make or rectify any base issues, shed panels will not fit through a standard door height!. We do not lift over fences/garden walls, garages, outhouses, ect, due to insurance regulations. If on the day any of the above are a issue we would require payment in full for the shed purchased If you require us to return fees will apply.
